Expecting fathers and new fathers who reside in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, or Virginia Beach, regardless of biological relation to or current status in the life of a child, are invited and encouraged to participate in Dads Under Construction, a group for expecting and new dads.
