Homebuyer Education Class

Virginia housing’s Homebuyer Education class is a great way to learn about the entire homebuying process from start to finish. Class is scheduled for Tuesday, May 17th and Thursday, May 19th from 6pm – 9pm both evenings.

Topics include:

*Managing Your Money
*Credit: the good, the bad and the improved
*Exploring lenders, mortgages and the loan process
*Partners: Working with a real estate agent to find the right home
*All you need to know about the Home Inspection
*The final step to homeownership: Loan Closing

NOTE: This is a two-part class and you must attend both classes in order to receive your certificate of completion and cannot miss more than 30 minutes total of both classes.
