Virginia Housing Homebuyer Class

Shopping for your first home? Virginia Housing’s free Homebuyer Class is a great way to learn about the entire homebuying process from start to finish, as well as the responsibilities of homeownership.

This is a two-part class on August 16th and 17th from -9pm. You must attend both sessions in order to receive the Certificate of Completion.

– Managing Credit
– Role of the Lender
– Working With a Real Estate Agent
– Home Inspection
– Closing Day
