Alyson Twyford-Kershaw
I serve as Training and Development Manager for The Up Center, where I design and coordinate professional development opportunities that support staff growth and program quality. My role focuses on equipping team members with the skills and knowledge they need to feel confident, effective, and supported in their work.
Working at The Up Center gives me the opportunity to invest in the people who invest in our community. I enjoy helping staff expand their strengths, discover new abilities, and feel valued in the work they do each day.
