The Up Center moved quickly to respond to the needs of our community at the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. By shifting to a telehealth delivery service for all of our programs we were able to stay connected to our clients. For people seeking mental health counseling, we removed barriers by offering face-to-face video therapy, flexible scheduling, and 15, 30 or 60 minute appointments. We offer counseling appointments for people without health insurance and new clients who may be seeking support during this unprecedented time.
