Implementing a JAEDI Approach in Clinical and EMDR Practice

Join The Up Center as we unpack the tools needed to implement a Justice, Anti-racist, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JAEDI) approach in clinical and EMDR practice. This training will provide information to help clinicians develop and enhance their critical consciousness, by increasing their understanding and inclusion of historical trauma, intersectionality, race-based trauma, stigma, microaggressions and cultural humility into their work.

The webinar will be facilitated by Dr. Wendy Ashley, Psy.D, LCSW. Dr. Ashley serves as Department Chair and Professor at California State University Northridge; certified EMDR provider with and Equity Diversity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, and is committed to antiracism, trauma-informed care, and anti-oppressive treatment approaches.
