You’re in your early 30s, a mother of five and enrolled in your first college courses at Tidewater Community College for the summer session. You’re feeling accomplished and making great strides for your future when crisis hits. All courses are moved online. Computer labs close. You don’t have access to a home computer and were relying on the resources of the computer lab to access your classes and complete assignments.
This is reality for a mother in our Healthy Families program.
Our friends over at 360IT Partners jumped in and agreed to donate a laptop to Mom. 360IT prepared the laptop with updates and it was delivered to Mom so she could begin her college courses in mid-May.
We are so grateful to 360IT for the many ways they support our community and The Up Center!
