Do you have multiple office locations?

Yes, The Up Center has offices in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Suffolk. Many of our programs are offered right in the community, so we can meet you where it’s most convenient. We’ll connect you with the location that best meets your needs. Please note: Our Portsmouth office relocated to our 19th Street location in Norfolk on August 15, 2025.

Can I get help if I’m not sure which program I need?

Absolutely. Share a little about your situation in the form or by phone, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Do you offer walk-in services?

As a community resource, we’re here to serve you in the way that works best for you. You’re welcome to visit any of our locations, and our team will do their best to assist you.
