Our Doula Services provide physical, emotional, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Available exclusively to families enrolled in Parents as Teachers, our trained doulas help you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your birthing journey.

From prenatal visits to labor and delivery, our doulas offer personalized care that complements your medical team. We focus on your needs and preferences, ensuring you feel heard and respected every step of the way.

State Certified Full-Spectrum Doula

I am a state-certified full-spectrum doula with a heart for serving families through education, advocacy, and hands-on support. I empower parents through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum by combining evidence-based knowledge with compassionate care to create a grounded, personalized experience for each client.

My mission is to hold space for families as they grow—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m motivated by helping parents feel seen, supported, and confident throughout their journey into parenthood. Outside of work, I love expressing myself through dance.
