My name is Tiffany Olsen, and I serve as the Program Manager for Housing and Financial Counseling at The Up Center. I oversee grants, coordinate program services, and ensure we provide impactful resources to individuals and families seeking financial stability and housing security. I have an Associate in Applied Science in Human Services and continue to pursue additional education to expand my leadership skills in the nonprofit sector.
What motivates me most is watching clients achieve their housing and financial goals. Seeing the pride and relief on someone’s face when they secure stable housing or reach a major financial milestone is deeply rewarding. These moments remind me why this work matters so much to our community.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, which gives me a sense of peace and fulfillment, as well as spending time with my family. Both of these passions keep me grounded and bring balance to my life beyond my professional responsibilities. (Chat Updated)

My work is deeply aligned with The Up Center’s mission to strengthen families and empower individuals. I enjoy helping people overcome challenges and move toward independence and confidence. Outside of work, I love hosting and interviewing great guests on my podcast.
As a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, I assist clients who are interested in purchasing a home, preventing foreclosure, or improving their overall financial well-being. My prior experience includes 31 years as a community service worker, where I developed a deep understanding of client support and financial education.
I’m motivated by seeing clients achieve their financial goals and gain confidence in managing their resources. I enjoy hearing that my clients have fulfilled their dreams of becoming homeowners. Outside of work, I love to read both fiction and non-fiction books.
