Representative Payee Services
Our Representative Payee program is for individuals who receive Social Security or SSI benefits and need help managing their funds. We work directly with the Social Security Administration to make sure your rent, utilities, and daily needs are always covered. Any remaining funds are sent to you for personal expenses.
Veteran Payee Services
We are proud to serve those who have served. Our Veteran Payee program is specially designed for veterans receiving VA benefits who need support managing their funds. We work closely with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to make sure your finances are secure and your needs are covered—every month, without stress.
Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone who receives Social Security or SSI benefits and is unable to manage their own funds may qualify.
We currently charge $55 per month or 10% if they receive less than $550 monthly.

What to Expect
Please note: Our service area is limited to a 75-mile radius of our office. If you live outside this area, we are unable to assist.
If you already have a payee or Social Security (SSA) has told you that you need one:
1. Complete and sign the application.
2. Fax the completed form to (757) 966-2332.
If you do not currently have a payee and SSA has not told you one is needed:
3. Have your doctor complete Form SSA-787.
4. Review and sign the application.
5. Fax the completed forms to (757) 966-2332.
