What Does a Sponsored Home Provider Do?
Sponsored Home providers offer daily support in a shared home environment. This includes helping with routines, building life skills, and supporting each person’s goals and independence.

- Helping the individual stay connected to their community
Who Can Become a Provider?
Individuals or families who are ready to open their home and provide a safe, supportive place to live. Providers must have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete training, and meet state requirements to ensure quality care. Care is provided by trained adults only.
