Because of you, Step Up & Step Out 2026 was more than a race day. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when a community comes together to support children, families, and individuals across Hampton Roads. Why Your Support Matters
Every day, children, families, and individuals across our community face challenges that cannot be solved alone. Access to mental health care, safe and stable housing, foster care support, parenting resources, mentoring, and recovery services can change the direction of someone’s life, but only when those services are within reach.
