Comfort Measures
Learn practical, hands-on techniques to help you feel more comfortable and supported during labor. This in person interactive class will explore movement, positioning, breathing, counterpressure, hip squeezes, massage, birth ball techniques, and other comfort measures that can help you work with your body during labor. Partners and support people are encouraged to attend and learn how to become confident, active participants in the birth experience.
